Flavors of Fall: “Pumpkin Pie” Spice Yogurt

If you love pumpkin as much as me then you probably want to incorporate the flavor into just about every meal J.  This breakfast (or snack!) takes hardly any time to make, is low in calories and fat, and tastes just like pumpkin pie without even using any pumpkin!  This is made to taste so there really aren’t any specific measurements.

Ingredients:

·      Fat-free Greek yogurt
·      Dry oats
·      Graham crackers
·      Nutmeg
·      Cinnamon
·      Agave

Scoop some Greek yogurt into your bowl then add a small handful of the dry oats.  Crumble up a graham cracker (or just half of one) and sprinkle it on top.  (A cinnamon graham cracker would probably taste even better!)  Add a dash of nutmeg and as much cinnamon as you like (I like a slightly stronger cinnamon taste).  Mix everything together then drizzle some agave syrup over the top and mix that it.

This is the perfect fall breakfast and it’s so quick and easy that you can even make it before heading to class!  It has a great cozy, warm fall flavor, and like I said, it tastes just like pumpkin pie spice.  You’ll especially love this recipe with a cup of hot pumpkin coffee on a chilly day!
