Homemade Warm Eggnog

Nothing screams the holidays to me like eggnog, so here is an easy way to make it without all the calories!

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of whole milk
4 tsps of white sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 egg yolks

Directions: Start to heat milk in a pan on low until steaming and almost to a bubble.  While you wait, separate two eggs and whisk the yolks with the sugar and vanilla in a heat proof bowl.  When the milk is ready, pour all of the milk in the egg mixture and whisk until frothy.  Pour in a coffee cup and add any spices you like to it.  (I put a pinch of cinnamon on top!)  Enjoy!
