Ribs

Summer is an amazing time for grilling and I have a perfect way to make some yummy country style ribs.
Ingredients:
Country Style Pork Ribs, any amount you are cooking
Spice Rub
Apple Juice
bbq sauce
Rub, per batch
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of ground coffee
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of paprika

Directions: Mix rub together and generous sprinkle it on the ribs. As you sprinkle, massage the rub into the meat. After all of the ribs have the rub on it, drizzle them with a little apple juice and let them sit for at least one night in the fridge. When you are ready to cook them, preheat an oven to 300 degrees and par-cook the ribs for 25 minutes. Finish them off on the grill for about 10 to 15 minutes. When the ribs are almost on, put a little bbq sauce  on one side of the ribs and enjoy.
