If you are planning on losing weight or starting a healthy living diet, you may think that you can't have the things that you love, like ice cream and chocolate. Well think again. I have come up with a recipe that can fulfill those cravings and is a healthier choice. My peanut butter chocolaty milkshake, can serve as an amazing dessert or as an after work-out protein shake.
To make this, you need:
1/2 cup of chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup of peanut butter chip ice cream
1 Tbsp of peanut butter
1/2 of a banana, sliced
1/2 cup of milk
Directions: Put the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth. Then put into a glass and enjoy. :) This smoothie is approximately 400 calories per 6oz.
